A Case Report on Sporadic Hemiplegic Migraine

Abstract
Hemiplegic migraine is a rare form of migraine with aura that causes unilateral weakness. There are two variants of hemiplegic migraine, sporadic and familial. A 46-year-old male patient presented to the emergency department with complaints of weakness and numbness n the right lower and upper extremities. In our patient, brain tomography and diffusion magnetic resonance imaging were found to be normal.
