Abstract
Marchiafava-Bignami disease; it is a rare neurological disease characterized by demyelination and necrosis of the corpus callosum, often associated with chronic alcohol consumption and malnutrition.We present a 25-year-old female patient with chronic alcoholism who presented with visual hallucinations, flashes of light in her eyes, and blurred vision, who experienced the same condition for the second time.
