Abstract
Moyamoya disease is a cerebral circulation anomaly of unknown etiology, which is characterized by bilateral and chronic progressive stenosis of the supraclinoid internal carotid artery and the main branches of the Willis polygon. In our case, the patient who did not have any stroke until the age of 54, presented with multiple infarcts. The diagnosis of the patient was made by angiography.
